Re-Structure
When you look at a company structure you soon understand if they have control of their Maintenance or they have people in place because they have always been there. I would like the opportunity to look at your Engineering/ Maintenance structure and use my knowledge/ experience to ensure it's a cost effective operation. I am passionate about Maintenance (Sad I know) and get disillusioned when I here Maintenance departments criticised for costing a company a lot of money and without returning the production efficiency.
I believe a well structured and organised Maintenance department is a true asset to the company, in the majority of cases the pay back for restructuring is very short and long term very beneficial.
